taking away personal pictures and instead posting all my art work, it's going to take me a while but having an online storage I never use it's better take the dust off and give it a new life.

By the way I won't be on live video today I'm going to run errands today.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Today the electrician will work on my studio, he is going to be all day making everything ready for the kilns and regular circuits. I'm excited about it, I can picture my working place so comfortable, modern, colorful and finally just me there (an you of course)
This week I'll like to accomplish few pieces, one is Giovanni's and painting little ones I already have in storage boxes, they are calling me!
I'll be off on FRIDAY and one more day but I haven't decided which day.

Being and artist is not only making art, it is a business and it needs attention as a business so today I'm following this book advices and dedicate more time in marketing and here I'm so tired but going to the right direction looks like.

Well yesterday was a quite working day, I missed working with my web cam but I'm happy to finish the two big pieces I started, they are drying out right now, there are the pictures.

Storm Warning

It is raining so hard right now and thunderstorms are scaring me :(
I'll be working off line I don't think it's a good idea having the computer on. We run out off power last night and I used a flash light to keep carving my sculpture, it reminded me when I was a kid studying with a candle if I had to, I loved school... those days...

Gone shopping

Today is for my daughter, I want to have some time together and nothing better than going shopping :)
My two big pieces are covered with plastic to keep them humid, I might take a pick later today.

Two pieces, art marathon

WOW what a long day I had yesterday, I didn't have energy to post the couple pieces I started, they are big format, a little over of my usual size, leaving my comfort zone is the idea, the results a back pain, a smile and feeling proud of myself for no making one but TWO pieces once.

I went online but...

You know what? I DON'T FEEL LIKE WORKING TODAY. I went online to my ustream
for only 5 min and suddenly I had that desire of being a rebel :) isn't nice to be your own boss? Let go to the lake and forget about working, it is too hot anyway, good excuse!.

Glazes and colors

Today was just to study those glazes I bought a while ago. I cleaned out the new firings and they are ready to be painted this week.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

This week is going to be regular schedule, 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time. Well tomorrow I'll working offline because I'll be shopping for supplies and taking care of other things.
I Don't have any idea what is going to be done this week but I really want to work in a large format.

Today's schedule

I couldn't be online yesterday but today I'm planning to be on my live video from now to 4:00 PM.

I had a busy and fun weekend, we went out with the family, watched the fireworks and tonight we are going to the races.
Now Monday has to be a regular day, working with you guys, thank you again for keeping me in company while I work. I'll see you tomorrow.

A long weekend, who knew it?

When you enjoy what you do it's easy to forget holidays and days off, that is my case.
I'm going to share a full relaxing day with family and friend at the lake and give a try to the jetski, a little sun tan won't be bad either.

This is not fun...

Well it is time to pay taxes who like to do that?... at least it is not raining so I can do what I'm planning to do outside, the fumes of paint and glue are toxic to be working indoors today, sorry no video today either.
