Look like bronze

There we go, we are in a long weekend and my family keeps me busy (in a good way) so it has been a little difficult to work in art however I have some progress in my studio, the walls are all primed just ready to color yeah!
well I sneaked out and finished couple projects I needed to frame, let me show you one of them, It looks like bronze but it's actually a patina over terracotta :)

Hi Sikiu

I love that you use so many different finishes on your ceramics. The patina effect looks great.

I have being trying out Chavant modelling material. You probably know, but it's a wax based clay. It's only good for making moulds from and pouring in stone, resin or plaster. It's hard to work and is a bit too tough on the hands for my liking.

I've got a couple of bags of grogged clay, so I think it's time to have a go with the real thing:¬)

How are the wedding plans going?
